How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

Once an order has been processed on the Sapphire and Rose website, an order
confirmation is sent to the email address entered at checkout.

Occasionally these emails appear in your junk folder.

When will my order be dispatched? 

Please read individual product descriptions for estimated despatch times.
Please note some items are made-to-order and can take up to 2 weeks (3 weeks
for gold rings) to be despatched.

If you would like to receive your order by a certain date, please get in touch and I will do my best to
accommodate.

How do I find my ring size?

All rings are made according to UK ring sizes.

The easiest and most accurate way to measure your ring size is to order a ring sizer for £2 – available here. You will also receive a discount code to redeem the £2 paid for the ring sizer against the cost of a
ring.

Wider band rings may feel a little tighter and so you may need to size up to ensure a
comfortable fit with this style of rings. Please see individual productdescriptions for any sizing tips.

I’ve ordered the wrong ring size, what do I do?

It can be difficult to ensure you have the right ring size when ordering online, especially for gifts or certain styles of rings which can mean you may need to wear a size bigger or smaller than your usual ring size.

I offer one free ring resizing/exchange on all rings. Please get in touch if you would like to change your ring size.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs and the safety of the return.

I wish to return my order, what do I do? 

I always want to ensure you love your new jewellery, therefore I offer a 14 day return
and exchange policy.

Unfortunately earrings cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons. Personalised
items or custom orders are also non refundable.

Do you accept commissions?

I do not generally work on commissions but as I make all pieces by hand and mostly to
order, some designs can be adapted. Please get in contact if you would like to personalise
your order or are looking for something bespoke.
