Christmas Orders

Last order date for Guaranteed Christmas Delivery - 6th December

Exchange and Returns - Any orders placed in November and December can be exchanged until 31 January 2025.

Please note the festive period is a very busy time and so orders may take a little longer than usual.

Delivery

Most items are made to order. Please see individual product
descriptions for estimated despatch times.

Most silver pieces are made to order and can take 1-2 weeks
to be despatched. 

Gold rings require hallmarking and can take up to 3 weeks to
be despatched. 

Please note during busy periods, orders may take a little
longer than usual, especially if they require hallmarking. 

If you would like to ensure your order is received by a
certain date please get in touch and I will do my best to
accommodate.  

UK Standard delivery

All orders are sent fully tracked (Tracked48 via Royal Mail)
and will arrive 2 – 3 days after dispatch. Tracking numbers are included in
dispatch emails.

Standard delivery is £3.50 for orders under £75. 

Free delivery applies for orders over £75.

International Shipping

If you live outside of the UK and would like to order from
Sapphire and Rose, please get in touch. 

Returns

We hope that you love your Sapphire and Rose jewellery,
however if you would like to return or exchange your item then please
email contact@sapphireandrose.com 

Exchanges and returns are managed on an individual basis but
we will do everything we can to support your request. All return requests must
be processed within 14 days of receiving the delivery of your order.

Please note that any personalised items, custom orders or
earrings are non refundable (unless faulty). 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping
costs for returning your item. Please include your name, return address and
order number when returning your item. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund,
the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
